01 · Note Purchase

Performing & Non-Performing First-Position Notes

We acquire first-position residential mortgage notes and land contracts. In the performing book we buy yield; in the non-performing book we create it — through re-performance, refinance, or orderly resolution.

02 · Note Origination

Private Lending on Conservative Terms

Direct private lending to real estate investors, land buyers, and single-family owners. Conservative loan-to-value, first-lien security, and underwriting judgment no lending desk can reproduce.
